Cabins have a double bed, bunk beds and ceiling fan. Each cabin comes with a barbeque grill, firepit and picnic table. Camper cabins have access to campground restroom and showers…all you need to bring is linens and be ready to have fun!!

There are many great hiking and biking trails in the area, all travel through the scenic Manistee National Forest. Within 30 minutes of Coolwaters Campground are four of Michigans most beautiful hiking and biking trails.

The Pine River is a beautiful and challenging river. It has one of the fastest flows in all of Michigan and has some exciting small rapids. This makes it a challenging and exciting river to paddle.

We welcome Off Road Vehicles, and you can ride from the campground to Lincoln Hills ORV Trail System.
